Is it possible I can set up a time and day?
My husband was declared mentallay incapacitated by a neurologist Sept 18, 2023, @009 and 2920, He indicated that I aI will be the POA but Oct 6, 2023, he revoked the POA and made my stepson as POA, I donnt like this idea because we were married for 26 years . Both of are retired alred and I hjust resigned from my job as Family Nurse practitioner. What do you think is the next step? You have a very informative discussion w/ regards to POA and Gurardinship,
The group question is what do you do when people are using your individual that is incapacitated to bring you to war? What do you do when people are using your incapacitated individual as their leverage against you to make you do their jobs while they pocket your money?
The group question is when you are reporting the abuse neglect and exploitation but the other person is either flipping the report to put you as your perpetrators so they can keep extorting you or deleting the report completely so that it doesn't get investigated that you're being raped and extorted what do you do about it?

I lost my husband do to jack Armstrong and putting me in prison for 9 years I can’t get a dam thing done I found out today after trying for so long my husbands checks were being sent to jacks address not right .yea like Kevin Armstrong got gifts like paying for there house.thank you need help
And I have to move again do to the sick Adoption also I and my daughter were used for money. At the same time they are to beet me up for being down there they are a house away from me for years.I have called the police time and time again nothing gets done.Like to day police were hear and get legal help like if I haven’t nothing is cheep I have to move in 25 days .or go homeless. This is one sick Family it’s been one nasty move by Jack Armstrongs molest me for ever and that’s all I’ve ever been by him . Help me I need a Bad ass Attorney now.!!!
