Reducing the Risk of a Family Fight in Probate Court
Great info!
Is it a good idea to put stocks that have monthly dividends into an irrevocable trust or is it better to create a LLP or LLC and put them into that and what would be the tax benefits if I created a Legacy trust someone said the cook islands has many tax benefits is this true
Somehow, none of these apply to Kyle Rittenhouse.
Trusts don't keep people out of probate, unfortunately, though they all say that's the main benefit. Our relatives tried to remove their corporate trustee and thought they had succeeded after an attorney finalized and submitted the removal. They went on to find a wealth mgr to help the new trustee, a member of the family. After finding one they liked, they sat down to sign the paperwork only to then receive petitions in the mail from an attorney for the corporate trustee the next day. That trustee had filed a petition in probate court to keep control over the estate, diagnosing the couple as incompetent. It took a toll on their health within 4 months and they began a downward slide. A Guardian ad litem was assigned to the case by the judge and was paid out of the estate. By the time a ruling was made, 3 yrs had passed, and the couple's health was so poor that the judge ruled in favor of the corporate trustee. Almost $200k was taken out of the couple's estate to pay attorneys for a case that couple never wanted. All they wanted to do was keep the trust within the family control.
Put home in trust, check...... But when i turn 65, my county will begin to waive the property tax. Will this be possible if the trust ownes it?
Can you give me some valuable information? Specially, with my life insurance policy, I think I should set up a trust and make it the trustee
What if the trust firm goes out of business
I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Natalie Strayer
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing her been mentioned here also Didn’t know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, i'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super.
You trade with Natalie Strayer too? Wow that woman has been a blessing to me and my family.
YES!!! That's exactly her name (Natalie Strayer) so many people have recommended highly about her and am just starting with her from Brisbane Australia🇦🇺
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills.

what is the probate difference between CA and TX?
Your information is great, However, consider eliminating the music in the background. It does not add to your presentation--in fact in detracts from it.
Thank you for the video!!! We learn a lot from you! Thank you!

Fantastic informative great educational advuce video❤
Our kids have not asked us these questions. We are very conservative people and we don’t like to talk about our finances, but, at some point, this needs to be done. Maybe you should do a video on how we can approach our kids and share our finances with them.
The background noise is irritating and distracting.
Do you advise us to put the Trust as beneficiary for the Roth IRA account? I thought it was not advisable! Please clarify 🙏Thanks
Thank you. This is very useful information!
I don't agree that there aren't upsides to placing the car in trust. 🥲
As a multimillionaire, who’s been investing for 20 years, and have done exceedingly well, I would like to know of redwood’s strategy and stock picks. if they can return me a 25 percent dividend p.a. I’m going with them . I think you’re dreaming!!
You need to speak louder or closer to the mic. My volume is all the way up and I'm having trouble hearing you unless I hold my phone within 8 " of my face. Thank you.
same problem. lost patience. bye
Doctor, I am fulltime realtor in Florida since early 2005 and always I had been interested in this process. Do you have a page?, a book? a link where I can learn more? Thank you.
Such good advice presented in an easily understood manner. Thank you!
too much repeating of the same words....video could have been a bullet point list....I couldn't even watch it all.
I am at the beginning of my "investment journey", planning to put $400K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 25% per year in dividends. Any advice?
Look up dividend aristocrats. Pick six to ten from that list. Those companies have a track record of 25+ years of paying dividends. Also, its advisable you work with a financial advisor to help set up a well-structured portfolio.
There are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience
Having an investment advisor is the best way to go about the stock market right now. I was going solo, but it wasn't working. I’ve been in touch with an advisor for a while now, and just last year, I made over 80% capital growth minus dividends.
Please can you leave the info of your lnvestment advsor here? I’m in dire need for one
*Jennifer Leigh Hickman* She's been able to gain some reputation with over a decade of experience, so it shouldn't be a hassle to find basic information on the web.
Very good video. Thank you for the information.
Music is very distracting!!
If someone dies and theyre married but have some credit card debt, is there any way they can make the spouse pay for this debt, even if they're not on the cards? Asking for a friend.
Yes. There are lots of variables but the creditors are entitled to seek satisfaction from the estate of the deceased. It could also be no, if the deceased had no discernible assets.
Lose the music for future postings, please.
Who came up with all these bullshit fucking laws? Show me a document the clearly states I gave Government control to every aspect of my life? Fucking HORSESHIT.
Thank you so much for watching! We've heard you about the background music, and we've endeavored to correct that in our newer videos!
The group question is when you are reporting the abuse neglect and exploitation but the other person is either flipping the report to put you as your perpetrators so they can keep extorting you or deleting the report completely so that it doesn't get investigated that you're being raped and extorted what do you do about it?
The group question is what do you do when people are using your individual that is incapacitated to bring you to war? What do you do when people are using your incapacitated individual as their leverage against you to make you do their jobs while they pocket your money?
I’m so sick of these slimy attorneys, if the assets are enough these slime bags will find a way to steal it. And, if you try to stop them they will bankrupt you. Don’t count on a judge to help you out, they are in on the steal.
Nah, my good friends parents assets and property were placed in a trust and it was easily dissolved by a crooked Nebraska bank and their attorneys.
A great day and a better world!
Thank you for the information. I watched several other videos before yours. All of them brushed on the topic of a qualifying dependent. But, you actually went in depth about non-qualified & exceptions. Hopefully, the same rules apply to my state (AZ). Thanks again, Theresa
thanks.. helpful and you are a good teacher...
Did I understand you correctly that to designate a trust as a beneficiary of an IRA? That is a no no according to a financial consultant. A trust is taxed at a higher level instead of ordinary income. Please clarify if I am wrong.
So if you list your child as a beneficiary on a 401k or IRA and not put that in the Trust will it have to go through probate?
Can you put the background music in a trust and designate someone you don't like as the beneficiary?
😂
Other than the taxable event created with IRA at both spouses death, why would we not put this IRA into a trust because we both have NO direct heirs?
