It is so good to watch you scrapping, makes me want to do some dumpster diving again. Where I live people do not put out anything but garbage cans on the curb. I thought about trying to maybe put something on Facebook about picking up things from homes in my area. But afraid I would end up with more garbage than metal. So I will just use your videos to satisfy my curiosity of things I could have found.
I wish scrap prices would go up for all the scrappers. If you cover your gas and have a few bucks for the coffee can left it will add up. Great video and again glad your back. 🙂👍🙂👍
The stool you picked up and took off the padded part; most of those if you put them upside down on the ground tipped away from you and give a quick stomp on the pad it comes right off. No tools required.
And where you keep all of the screws, nuts, and bolts, I would have to take that three drawer plastic thing to keep stuff in and hopefully keep mice out. We all have things we like to keep.
YOU COULD HAVE GOT AT LEAST A 20 DOLLAR BILL FOR THE FLOOR LAMP THAT YOU SCRAPPED AND YOU LEFT 3 FEET OF WIRING INSIDE IT.GRANTED IT'S NOT MUCH BUT IF YOU DO THE SAME EXACT THING TO 50 OR 100 LAMPS, IT ADDS UP PRETTY QUICK!!!

The reason that they take the leaf blowers is because they can take the tube off and sell it as a electric motor making 5,6,or 7 times the value.

I hate it when they do that. All scrappers do it. Unscrew the lamp socket and cut the cord off of it. It's 2 more feet of zip code.
