Thank you for such a well done / detailed video. While Woodson's Reserve has its positives, at an $800K price point, I would have expected more. I know we all have different taste, but I feel this home should have more of a grand feel upon entry (not bedrooms). The kitchen / casual dining space is nice but there is no formal dining area. The master bath is also very small.
Of major concern is the back yard as although this home sits on a very wide lot, the other homes seem to be absolutely to close the fence line which will impede privacy (physical/verbal). Personally, I think Harpers Preserve and Evergreen seem to be better alternatives as they are much closer to The Woodlands and other pertinent infrastructure without the congestion. Again, super job detailing this home. Keep up the great work!

Looks pretty mid for $800k
Things to take into consideration are the lot premiums, upgraded finishes and appliances, and the location. Woodson's Reserve is a hot spot.
800k is the New mid so 🤷🏻♀️
Jpatricks in Artavia gives you more for that price range.
