Thanks. I could tell you a lot about my TH-cam journey. I was demonetized by TH-cam a little while back and they stopped showing my videos. I've also experimented and grew my channel with shorts but it was affecting my ideal client demographic. So I stopped and now I'm losing those subscribers. They were mostly young males. My ideal client demographic is over 50 years old. I don't have a lot of new construction in Scottsdale so that isn't my niche. All the TH-camrs I know that focus on new construction do very well. Keep up the good work​@@TerrelDTerrell

That was a total error on my part. It wasn't supposed to drop until next week after I finish the first Jamestown that I mentioned in the beginning of the video! Sigh.

There's no formal dining room in this particular model. That would be the dining area if someone chose to go with this floor plan. That's been the trend lately where many buyers say they prefer not having a dedicated dining room, because it would seldom, if ever, get used. It's also serving double duty for visitors to get information about the builder and business cards when they first enter the model. But please remember, this home is just an example of the many things you can do with a fully custom home. You can design it any way you choose. 😉

Not sure where the builder purchases their design finishes, but yes, Highland, IMO have great selections to choose from for their homes. Glad you like it. 🙂

Thanks for your feedback. That price would put this home below the average cost per square foot, which was approximately $150 per square foot, give or take. This home is built with custom materials and is also on a water lot with a lot premium, which brings you to the listed price point of $600K+.

@sadyerubin9671 That's Highlands brand new model home and hasn't been lived in. They just completed it in a new section of the community in The Woodlands Hills. The landscaping has just been laid and is probably about to go dormant because we're going into cooler weather. The way the lot is shaped wouldn't show the pool, and builders don't include pools with their builds. You'd have to get one after closing. This model happens to be one of their new floor plans I was showcasing, with many more to choose from. The price is based upon the cost per square foot, cost for materials to build, the lot premium and labor.

I'm no fan of dark cabinets either. But the good thing is there's tons of options to choose from at the design center, so you'll be good to go. 😉
