This is my dream home build only thing is bigger master closet and a playroom off the family room. So while I'm in the kitchen or family room my toddlers are in view whilst playing. I don't see any playrooms in any of these . Of all the videos this is my favorite house I'd just want the bigger closet in the master and playroom and an additional guest room on the 1st level other than that I'd buy this home in a heartbeat too bad it's not offered in NJ.😥
You can add a larger closet off the master bath, 26 x 9 feet, plus there is another walk 8n off master bedroom

Pretty big house but all the closets seem a little small
it depends on the options you pick. We added, in the master, an expanded walk in closet that is probably 24 x 10 in size, which will be customized.

Why does the formal dining room have to be in the entrance once again???
I LOVE the dark wood beams seen in the ceiling of the lounge; very classy!
The granite seen in the kitchen island and counter tops is also stunning!
I also LOVE the outside dining deck with its superb fireplace!
The laundry room is THE BOMB! The bar is also tasteful; not too masculine.
I also like the small but comfy screening room.
On the negative side I HATE the ugly pendant lighting seen throughout
this house and-worst of all-the guitarist featured in the background music
STINKS! The way he continually squeaks the strings when he plays
clearly shows that his technique lacks much!

The master bedroom's closets are to small. I would take that small sewing room off the master bedroom and change that into a walk in master closet.

You've got to been Kidding me!
Master you can add a 26 x 10 closet along with existing 7 x 10 roughly, then on jack and jill, if you add conservatory below, you can make these bedrooms suites with walk in closets and own bathrooms. All it take is money :)
