Here's a tip if you get ambushed while driving away: go to your snacks and keep spamming them whenever there are too many enemies around you while you're trying to get away in a car. This helps me alot when I'm doing a mission that involves a slow vehicle with enemies following me and bussin at me with their uzi's and pistols.
