I have no problem with copy guitars . I'm 66 and have been playing copies most of my life . I'm not a professional musician but the stuff that is made now is so much better than what I started with in the '70s . Play and enjoy.

Real or not that is a very nice looking guitar. I have several guitars but I still don’t know how to play them but I’m not giving up. I hope one day I can at least play as good as you Jordan.

We were just talking about how nice some of these knock offs were during the Del Shannon Weekend remember??? I’ve played 4 new USA Gibsons that were garbage! I did buy myself a 71’ J55 that I LOVE but it’s vintage Kzoo made.

Try getting a genuine one! And $$$$$$$$$$ when you do find one. Ace’s had the disappearing neck pickup with the flame and smoke machine in it.
The guitars you can get today are a great value as compared to when I was starting out. This thing will probably need a nice set up and you can gig with it. $275 is a steal for what you got! Back when I started out a Fender Strat was the minimum decent guitar available and were $800 back in 1979. $800 back then was A LOT of money!

I am a guitar freak myself Jordan.
I always wanted a Gibson les Paul black pearl.
I fel in love with that model because one of my guitarplayer of my first band owned 2 of those build in different years and one sunburnt model out of 69 that one never comes on a stage by the way.. it's to expensive to drink beer 😉
But as a poor musician I can not buy a real "good year build"Gibson guitar.
So after doing some home work I bought a Tokai guitar Les Paul model.
And I never regret it, after a famous guitar tech in the Netherlands (who also made a guitar for Brian May) made it better then it was by setting up the neck and humbucks it realy rocked better then a new Gibson guitar..he said.
So the story a cheap guitar doesn't always has to be a bad guitar.
And I have a chipson also but that is hanging above my dinner table as a lamp💡

I've heard expensive gear sound poorly. And, cheap gear sounding great. It really depends on who sets it up, and what they prefer. Also, it may sound odd live, but recorded, sounds awesome...
Don't worry about the price. Play what you can afford, make the most of it. Trust your ears.

If Gibson or Epiphone made this guitar they would sell a lot of them. People buy the Chibson because that is the only way to get the guitar. Ace on the headstock is cool.
