Lately it’s been too hot out to make the trip to the flea market! July has only just started, but I have a feeling that this might be a lean month coming up.
I still plan on doing something like an "evolution of bowling video games" video one of these days. I did a top 5 for NES wrestling games some time ago. I have ideas for future wrestling themed top 5 videos.
Hey Joe, it was great to meet you at the TMG show. I'm not sure if you remember but Musty Hobbit got the 3 of us to take a picture together because of the same name. Anyway, great pickups! I like your strategy on not going crazy and going for quality this time. I went for quantity myself just trying to fill in a bunch of gaps that I have. Still need to put up the video though. Thanks for sharing! Cheers, Joe
I remember! I was going to throw that picture in, but forgot the name of your channel! Sorry! I went absolutely insane in years past, grabbing a lot of cheap stuff. Sure I grabbed the Famicom Mystery Box I showed in another video, but aside from that, I stuck to my guns and bought some really solid stuff.
Quality over quantity is always best. Rather see a pick up video that is to the point and stuff the person wants vs a half hour of seeing the stuff someone got just because it was a video game. lol Good stuff bro.
You’d be better off asking John Riggs that question! I guessing he picked that picture because it’s probably the best one out there with the Midnights holding both the World and US tag team titles!
I haven’t played it since buying it, but I remember renting it from Blockbuster back in the day, it’s quite difficult, but I loved the character variety in the number of different heroes you can play.
Nice scores JGR! All of the local flea markets near me have closed down. Sigh. You have an awesome set up!

Super curious to see what ya got!👈 will be edited
Nice! I'd like to see your wrestling/bowling game collections sometime. Maybe discuss a few and then a top 5 for each genre or something.
Good stuff!

Can't go wrong with games that are 1 something a piece. Sweet pick ups.
Absolutely!!

What's up with the UWC game? Midnight Express on the cover, but no James E. Cornette with them? Wassupwidat?

@@joegoesretro I think Cornette needs to go off on a rant about John Riggs on his next podcast. 🎾😂
I need to check out that Dynatron City NES game. How is it?

What number are you at on total Nes carts?
JasonXMode I'd be curious to know also
Not counting reproduction carts, 420
Joe Goes Retro I'm at about 274
Not bad. I’m rapidly approaching the point where I affordable games that I don’t have are getting hard to come by
