    Cimet rolice
    Tijesto:
    250ml toplog mlijeka
    1 suhi kvasac (7g)
    70g šećera
    1 žličica soli
    80g otopljenog maslaca maslaca
    2 jaja
    525g prosijanog brašna
    Fil:
    2 žlice cimeta
    100g šećera
    50g maslaca
    Preljev:
    70g otopljenog maslaca
    200g šećera u prahu
    50ml mlijeka
    Suhi kvasac i šećer dodati u toplo mlijeko i ostaviti 10min.
    U posudu dodati otopljeni maslac, 2 jaja i nadošli kvasac, pa postepeno miješajući dodavati brašno. Nastaviti mijesiti tijesto rukama.
    Nauljiti posudu i ostaviti tijesto da se diže 1 sat.
    Nadošlo tijesto razvući na pobrašnjenoj podlozi 50x30cm.
    Premazati ga sa 50g omekšalog maslaca.
    Posipati šećerom i cimetom i smotati tijesto u roladu.
    Izrezati koncem na 15-16 jednakih dijelova pa ih slagati u tepsiju.
    Prekriti prozirnom folijom i ostaviti ih na toplom da narastu još pola sata.
    Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 180° 25-30minuta.
    Omekšali maslac pomiješati sa šećerom, i dodati malo mlijeka pa premazati rolice.
    ENGLISH RECIPE:
    Cinnamon rolls
    Dough:
    250 ml of warm milk
    1 dry yeast (7g)
    70g of sugar
    1 teaspoon of salt
    80g of melted butter
    2 eggs
    525g of sifted flour
    Phil:
    2 tablespoons of cinnamon
    100g of sugar
    50g of butter
    Dressing:
    70g of melted butter
    200g of powdered sugar
    50 ml of milk
    Add dry yeast and sugar to warm milk and leave for 10 minutes.
    Add the melted butter, 2 eggs and the added yeast to the bowl, then gradually add the flour while mixing. Continue kneading the dough with your hands.
    Oil the bowl and leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.
    Roll out the dough on a floured surface 50x30cm.
    Spread it with 50g of softened butter.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and roll the dough into a roll.
    Cut with thread into 15-16 equal parts and arrange them in a pan.
    Cover with transparent foil and leave them in a warm place to rise for another half hour.
    Bake in a heated oven at 180° for 25-30 minutes.
    Mix softened butter with sugar, add a little milk and coat the rolls.

    Dobar dan, evo danas sam ih napravila po Vašem receptu. Samo je preljev drugačiji. Stavila sam samo dvije čajne žličice šećera u prahu, a mlijeka i maslaca kako ste napisali i s tim prelila. Nije slatko. Savršene su. Hvala na receptu koji sam otkrila u grupi na fb.
