Oh thank you so much David Jan . Yes so I made it several times too. The key points is the rennet amount. Go higher on that but not lower. Also let the curd set for 15 to 20 min. Be very gentle with the curds otherwise they break apart and you end up getting a cloudy cheese. Good luck brother
