  • I made this yummy plant-based apricot crostini recipe for Memorial Day weekend with the organic apricots that were brought to me by Homeside Fresh, they were the perfect appetizer for the warm day. I used my favorite vegan ricotta from Kite Hill Foods and topped it off with a little honey drizzle. If you are Vegan and don't eat honey agave would work perfectly for this recipe too.
