Hey! It depends how you are planning on cooking with the Ooni Pro. The 14" peel will work perfectly when cooking with the pizza door to cook. The 16" peel is only compatible to fit comfortably with the main door (for solid fuel cooking) but not the pizza door. Hope this helps!
Living in California we love pizza. I burned my first three pizzas. It’s ok for not knowing how to use the oven. The stone is now dirty. How do I clean it up?
@@kristiantapaninaho9776 You need to build a bigger oven that can take at least 2 to 3 pizzas wood-fired Fontana Forni Margherita Wood Fired Pizza Oven like this. £1199 not much more than your ooni pro with gas adapter and heats up in 10-15 mins. I have its big brother the Marinara at £2000. I'm A Pro Pizzaiolo.
So the interference when it is closed makes the oven flip cook slower. And when you close chimney it makes the temperature go down that correct when you're cooking with the interview clothes you have to leave the chimney open am I correct

I use mine all the time. I cook such a range of foods. Nice to learn benefit of using inner vent, il be testing that on my Sunday roasts :D
