The team color region is on the golden bits of the hilt and pommel, so you get basically the stripes on the swords and then the golden bits and it looks really good.

When I first bought something in the game it was an item I saw another player wearing that I loved. I wanted it, but I looked it up and it was like ten dollars, so I instead found which crate it was in. This is in theory a bad idea, but if I had ended up wasting 3 dollars I would have felt less bad than realizing I didn’t want it after wasting ten dollars. I bought one key, one crate. Got a strange version of the hat I wanted.
This was the start of my gambling addiction.

Cmon even if Deadly Dragon isn't your taste it's not THAT bad at all. Overall an absolutely stellar war paint collection, though. Bomb Carrier would probably be my pick for the worst.

It's pretty crazy about the case openings, because literally the first warpaint case I opened i pulled a Strange, Factory New Deadly Dragon warpaint. I know a lot of people don't like how it looks, but I won't shy over getting what amounts to 140 dollars in a 2 and a half dollar case.

Why do you think that colorful war paints are bad?
They’re not bad. I like the pyroland weapons skins like the balloonicorn skins. But that’s the thing they’re skins and not warpaints. Making a flashy warpaint is hard because it will look obnoxious on other weapon models.
Plus TF2’s artstyle and color palette is very pastel and dingy & neutral so making a warpaint or a skin with bright saturated purple, black, pink, orange will look very out of place
