      It was the previous government that held back the AER's annual release of forward retail pricing which should have been released in May. This would have revealed the steep rise in power prices immediately before the election.

      Imagine thinking a government that's only just taken power and is only 3 months into a 3 year term is the cause of massive inflation as a result of stagnant wages that have been around for around a decade...
      Economic policy and the results of it take multiple years to be felt in real terms...and guess which party has been in power for almost a decade...it wasn't Labor. Go read, learn some math and drop the bias and the numbers consistently, throughout almost all of our government's history, show that Labor is the stronger economic party with better quality of life standards for the population....
