Mega Man Rock Force: Crypt man default settings with Elec man in

Was considering the possibility of using Elec instead of Mega for full runs to open up other avenues in routing. He's okay for this stage, but health is incredibly tight and RNG from the Crypt man fight introduces about ~5 seconds of variance compared to Mega man. Don't need shock absorbers for this stage though, so I guess these are technically IL strats.
