Great video and shots. I especially like your use of the fog. The X-T20 is my primary camera. I bought it new right at the end of its availability on Amazon. The X-T30 was already available, but I preferred the X-T20 D-pad controls over the X-T30 joystick. I still have no regrets about my choice, and using it with the XF18-55 "kit lens" and the XF 35/1.4 prime still does everything I need.
@@peterdavies9166 that’s interesting you preferred the D Pad, I’m much more of a fan of the joystick myself but each to their own! The kit lens in so good, I’ve used it so much this year traveling and it’s really such good value for money - glad to see you’re still enjoying and happy with your XT20!

Thanks very much Jan, that’s really nice of you to stay. These are all edited RAWS but frequently use and share SOOC they’re that good. Especially for social media, friends etc
@@janwido27 yeah there are some sections I lowered my voice audio because it was out of context, if it’s those then I might just cut my voice fully nex5 time to avoid confusion - cheers for the input!

The shots were amazing, I always pictured going to Porto and Lisbon for the day time photography but night photos are also looking real good!! What bag are you using by the way?
@@aydest I can’t say for Lisbon but I’ve loved Porto at night, incredibly cool place at night to photograph. I’ve a bigger backpack the Wandrd PRVKE 31L for longer days out/trips and then I use a Peak Design Sling 3L for everyday, smaller setups - both are great and can’t fault them.
@@mcahill0 hiya Mark, it was both actually! I shoot with a 1/8 bpm filter normal but the fog was defintely adding to it - if anything the fog was probably enough in its own. Thanks for the kinda words man.
@@shin867 ah yeah this is an eternal struggle with Fuji cameras - my method is essentially a small screwdriver and to basically force it to pop out. I’m sure there’s a better method but this is the way I’ve managed to every time, and if you find a better way please let me know because it’s something I really dread having to do! (Just be careful of scratching your camera, because I’ve done that a few times doing just this…)

The back LCD in particular is much better, autofocus and more film sims all make it a better camera. I’d say go for that if you can, but if you decide on an XT20 it won’t let you down got lenses already or still have to pick some up?

I think if I had to pick just one it’d be the 23mm f2 - just for the fact I could always crop in, but the 33mm 1.4 is still my favourite lens in general!
@@DominicTing-vf1ng I haven’t used the 16-50 yet so I can’t say too much about it but I’m a massive fan of the 18-55, it was the lens I bought with my XT4 and I still use it now! Great lens, if you want more about it I’ve got a video all about it!

Ive got a xt20 , kit lense an 33- 1.4. An I’ve been struggling in low light , blurry images mainly but very impressive what can be achieved
