  • Rishi Sunak remains under pressure after Nadhim Zahawi sacking
Rishi Sunak came under fire from fellow Tories over his feeble handling of the Nadhim Zahawi dishonesty scandal.
After a fortnight of dithering, the PM finally axed the party Chairman for breaking ministerial rules seven times by trying to cover up the fact he was facing a probe into his tax affairs.

There is no “due process”. Any process decided on is a political one. Just like the decision to jettison the liability that is Sahawi. The “independent” advisor’s terms of reference were set by Sunak, at a timescale set by Sunak. Then hurried along, it seems, to fit with Sunak & his Spads’ firefighting schedule.

when local authority's asked the UK government for help financially. gov answer is to give them the powers to fine people for the most minor offenses. they are raking in billions a year using the courts and bailiffs, harassing the poor. all councils, tfl, metropolitan police and private firms are all using this tactic. they couldn't care less about common sense or right and wrong. they are getting a percentage of the money.
