I legit haven’t like fully sat down and sang a full song in 6 months. I can feel my voice declining. I’m so happy to have found this!
I have really been enjoying your videos. I only sing at home but warming up definitely helps. I can tell a huge difference when I sing the same songs I'm able to sing certain parts a lot better. Thank you for your videos!

It is completely normal if you are not used to doing it. You have to begin from a very relaxed state--don't push into it like clearing your throat. It should require minimal effort.
