I have never seen someone who has such a gentle and heart felt approach towards vocal coaching! Thank you so much for sharing this and I hope I get to work with you personally one day! I really love this! You create amazing content

Again, I use this warm up, with this video, every time I need to warm up. Hopefully I’ll incorporate it in memory, but I must tell you, it’s more educational, and fun, with you.

I’ve been religiously coming back to this video almost every day for the past 2 weeks. I usually do this warm up in the morning. To me this is so much more than just a vocal warm up. It’s therapy 😅 I haven’t been feeling this good in ages. Thank you so so much for your work. You seem like a very special human 😊🌸

    So helpful! ❤️
My voice was super raw and full of junk before watching but by the end of your video it was much better! I have sinus issues which really can affect my voice negatively but this video was exactly what I needed to warm up and get rid of most of it. Thank you so much!

Dear Madam, I found out your videos for change: I am Italian,58 years old, singing in an amateur Opera chorus as second tenor ... Congratulations for your excellent videos where you teach to sing properly.I am not very good at singing but I know enough for saying to sing Opera ,as professional, in very, very difficult and It demand very much on your life. As you know covid.19 virus had a devastating impact on theater performances .We are hoping to open again . Grazie per la professionalità con la quale insegna e per l'amore che dimostra verso l'Italia.

Thanks Freya, this is brilliant 🤩 and just what I need! I usually start straining and trying too hard too soon in my practice sessions. Love this approach 😍

I feel the same way. Most vocal exercises are too much to start with. I'm going to try this too!

This is the absolute best vocal warm up I have ever learned. I tend to push too much air and make myself hoarse when warming up. This was perfect for me. It’s the first time I’ve felt warmed up since I was a teenager in high school choir. Thank you so much!!

It's been years and I still use your basic and advanced warm up videos for my practice. I'm so happy you added another one and appreciate the new content you put out for us. Like a lot of people, I struggle to stay with it, but I think if it weren't for your videos/accessibility.. I probably would have just quit.

this was very relaxing wow thank you. the first time i have felt that relaxed whilst warming up. usually i start getting down on my talent while warming up because it's all high stuff and high intensity and i just can't do that early in the morning. thank you for this.

I would be grateful if you did a video for older female singers, like myself, trying to pick up singing again. I guess I see many teachers online that have a younger target audience who are in shape and ready to sing. I liked this video particularly because it addresses my nearly daily problem of phlegm and other unpleasant feelings in the throat. I need a good stretch and vocal workout that is not too taxing and allows me to build up gradually both on my breathing and singing technique. Thank you so much for your videos, I'll be looking for your tips. Kind regards from Scotland! xx

This is the best warm-up I've done in a while, great video! I've been in a little bit of a vocal funk lately, my throat has been kinda sore, my routine has been getting bland, and singing was starting to become more of a chore than a passion. This helped a lot, and now I feel excited to sing again
    Thank you so much
