It's so strange to see the videos of you riding christies in dundas ontario now riding the insanity out west. I have a trip booked out there in the fall. Can't wait to ride squamish! Super stoked
It amazes me every time you, Dave or Nic get a new bike how confidently you ride. I’m 2.5 years into my first true MTB, and perhaps looking at my first switch to a new bike later this year. But I bet it will be a huge adjustment for me when the day comes. All that is to say, how many rides do “you” need before you are ready to go full out?
You should demo bikes you’re interested in and are easy to get ahold of in your area if you can. One of those bikes may have more travel/slacker geometry/or just be a better fit for what you like to ride and need little to no adjustment to get comfortable on. There’s your next bike
Who cares about what bike it is? Dale's vids are about the ride, like it should be. Getting worn out by TH-cam riders pushing products for the industry. Guess they need the sponsor revenue to keep going.

The goal was to show what a first ride looks like for me. Trails/pace/approach/etc. I'd rather focus my brand energy on those who have supported my channel over the years!
