Make sure your windows have that tape flanging out over the sill, or the water/moisture will sit and cause damage inside and out. Watch Holmes on Homes. They show a complete redo of windows that caused water damage to the foundation. Huge repair.
Pavers might be a nice idea for the back area that was parking for the employees for the cafe, it would make it a nicer area for entertaining and kids to play too

Have you guys ever watched the TH-cam channel Our Restoration Nation? She recently talked about having exposed brick walls in on the inside of historic homes and how problematic it can be. Do to lack of insulation and mortar and stuff. You might check them out if you haven’t they may have some helpful tips and information. I can’t wait to see what you guys do it’s such a beautiful building.

Time and money is that not the truth!!! We’ve spent so much money on sod for our backyard. Pay period at a time. Good luck!!!
