You're thinking of かしこまりました。It's a way to say "certainly" in business settings.

@@furusato4319 Oh, there. She says 書けました as in "I was able to write it". She is confirming an action that is asked/expected. She could just say はい、お願いします as well though. And regarding your first comment, saying 書きました wouldn't be wrong, either
