I owned this game when I was 3, as I was caught in shrek mania. I actually liked the game as a kid, but then I got to the lava minigame and then I gave up.
For starting up on TH-cam, this was REALLY well done! Good editing, informative, and well timed jokes! (granted, i would have personally liked the jokes to be a bit more faced pace, but thats a personal thing :P) Thank you for the video! :D

I, for one, find this game to be very ambitious. It doesn't just rehash the storyline of the movie. Instead, it's a sequel! It does great job expanding the Shrek lore.

To be honest, a lot of PS1 games after the year 2000 weren’t really as good as the games before them. Especially the ones produced by British companies like the Code Monkeys and having the same instruments used be shared across other games like Toy Story Racer, Goofy’s Fun House, Jinx, Treasure Planet (PS1) and Stuart Little 2. But I think Monsters Inc Scare Island was a good PS1 game from 2001 anyway.
I bought this game today for $1.00 at a Pawn Shop. It was mint and complete! Slid it onto the shelf in my collection right next to Silent Hill. 😂
