I think for Black Clover it's actually Studio Pierrot (Clown) and they're the ones that did Naruto, which explains the filler hell that occurred in Black Clover that started as early as episode 3 lol
Great to have you back! To answer your question about the One Punch Man releases, I believe because ONE, the creator of the series works on the webcomic for fun we don't get too many updates. I do know that Murata who does the manga has been adding original content in place of that. ONE really just does this for fun. I could be mistaken but that's what I've read up.
You really need to get "Blade of the Immortal" great story great art I highly recommend the omnibuses to the individual volumes super great quality despite the fact that Dark Horse is doing the English release
