I have one problem in peteona , in both fz25 and fz15. Its thin so there is oil leak in both of my bike. I think its not that good for gasket (rubber). Else no complaints

@@thesportztourer yes, my suzuki access 125 bs6 2024 performs better on idemitsu 10w30 fully synthetic MB engine oil than company filled semi synthetic ecstar 10w30 MA. I guess its due to higher TBN of 8.02, flash point of 230 and viscosity of 14.73 @ 100°C.

Sir yamaha alpha recommend 10w 40 mB yamaha lube engine oil but if I want to upgrade or change engine oil of another brand so prefer me which grade and which brand is good for yamha alpha scooter .
I own a Yamaha ray zr 125 scooter, and the company recommended grade is 10W40, whereas almost every other scooter usages 10W30, 10w30 is easily available, but its such a hassle to get a 10w40 scooter oil, out of curiosity i tried using Motul 3100 10w30 scooter, but engine started heating noticeably even on 5km round trip, now i am worried, should i keep using it ? And why yamaha recommending 10w40 in the first place? please reply
Change it as soon as possible. It will make your engine wear out very fast . It's better to use yamalube itself in the ray zr, I'm also a owner of ray zr 125
@@id.sourav bro each engine is designed differently and have their own way of design from inside and have different tolerances between metals. Ray zr's engine is very refined and well build engine which doesn't feels like a typical scooter engine, its one of the best top engine in 125cc according to me. I'm using it since last 35k kms . It's better to stick with yamalube scooter engine oil itself, I tried several other engine oils too and didn't found any major change, use yamalube optima scooter 10w40. Change it at 3000 kms the engine will work fine for atleast a lakh kilometre. It's a Yamaha it's very reliable.
@@id.sourav nothing other than periodic maintenance parts like air filters,brake pads and shoes. Changed rear tyre and brake shoes once at 24k, changed front brake pads at 19k and air filter every 7-10k kms, recently changed accelerator cable too, nothing else changed
