@@alifmuzzaki2634 don't always do biceps or triceps exercises where your arm is in the same position. Do one with your arm more to the back of your body, one where the elbow is on the side, one where the elbow is in front of your body.

    1. Vary the angle (3 exercises: Elbows held behind, along, and in front, of the side)
    2. Better gains on the muscles that are trained early on, on a training day
    3. Keep good form and mind-muscle-connection (target, use and fatigue that muscle)
    4. Rest enough between sets. 2 minutes seems to be the sweet-spot

And let me know what your thoughts on this new video style and how you like it compared to my usual voiceover - I’m going to be experimenting with some different styles to see what you guys like best, so please provide me with some feedback! Cheers! P.S. - at 1:08 there's a slight error in the highlighting of the medial head of the triceps. It's actually fairly hidden and located under the long head close to the elbow, you can view its anatomy in some of my past triceps videos - my apologies for the confusion!

I've personally seen the most arm growth from NOT prioritizing arms. I haven't done a dedicated arm day or arm workout in 5+ years and am sitting at 19" arms. I focus on compounds and then treat an arm exercise as desert to the workout. Lower weight, controlled contractions after they've helped get you through a push or pull workout (I'm a push, pull, legs guy). Great video - apply these concepts to any arm training!

Depends what you want out of it, and your body size now, but I'd class mistakes as.
    1. Overworking/underworking.
2.To many sets/reps, or not enough.
    3.Not enough rest periods.
I used to do allot more sets and reps 6 days a week until I stripped th excess weight and got more ripped, now I'll do allot less sets and 6 reps max on heavier weights, and i do 3 on 1 off and I've totally noticed way more growth all over.

Start doing compound lifts and you will see your arms and your entire body explode more than doing "arm day"
You work your triceps during your chest days, you work your biceps during your back days I think you can finish your arms off during those days but having a day completely for your arms is useless imo.
DO Squats and you will see your entire body turn into Blastoise
