They eat alot but enough to keep there endurance going, most of them have a good amount of muscle 💪 you'll think firefighters are all about power & strength which in some cases yes but there main focus is endurance & quick recovery plus the 24 shift
I would assume episode 2 could go into his training like MMA, resistance, cardio, balance and flexibility. Episode 3 could look in to his mental health and how he has one of the greatest minds when it comes to fictional characters. This could also look into his multitasking abilities as all his training and daily life and night life is insane
I mean I use the diet that was listed here from the Batman files. It works pretty well It depends on portion sizes. for me, it looks like it just follows the food pyramid. Some kind of green meat or vegetable with a starch and some more protein looks like a diet that’s for function over form I do mix it up once in a while just give some variety I do martial arts and exercise sort of the same way Batman does so it works. It’s just not for everybody.
About the beginning of the video where Battinson only ate the berries, it was because they were having company high ups over for breakfast, I’m assuming he wanted to keep an appetite, awesome video though👍

Robert Patterson is 6ft 1in and weighed 175lbs as batman, so he wasn't really that skinny he just looked skinny cause he is tall. Christian bale was 189lbs, but he is 5ft 9in which is why he looked bulkier. he was shorter than Patterson. now both of them are nowhere near Ben Affleck size. he was like 245lbs. Michael Keaten was the skinniest Batman at only 159lbs.

Crazy that i got the same daily calories requirement, tho im 5'7 160lbs 15% body fat. 3-4 gym session per week
