The workout program looks great, but I feel like they should be like two more movements in this program to build redheads like functionality and athleticism and physique. I feel like it has to be pull ups and chin up about it pullups off more realistically movement and a chance of better into physical performance and chin ups it also transfers better as well and also enhances deadly strength and explosive power, and I feel like you can supplement a lot of these curl variations with chin ups, and plus it would save even more time, but that’s just my opinion
Do supersets of squats with pull ups or benches or whatever.. You will easily be exhausted once you increase weight + increase chances of injuries. Don't do superset on heavy polyarticular exercices. And if you want to have more power in your punches, want endurance.. why not starting a combat sport + running/sprinting ? There are no shortcuts. You can superset accesory works (like curls, abs etc) but without the "juice" dont expect to have focus and energy for supersetting heavier and heavier lifts. You form (very important) would be sh.. then you'd be prone to injuries.
I know you don’t usually make videos on athletes such as boxers but could you perhaps do a video on a boxer called triple g he was fairly light in boxing but known to be a tank and have power of a heavyweight would be interesting to know more about his power training and diet thank you!
