Lasaniya Bhungra Batata ।ભાવનગર સ્પેશિયલ ભૂંગળા બટાકા । Chetna Patel Recipes |

(Bhungra) Fryums :

Ingredients :
1 Cup = 250 ml
Take a Pressure Cooker , add
15-16 no - Baby Potatoes
Add
1 to 1+1/2 Cup - Water
1/2 tsp - Salt
Make a 3 vessel and Let Cool Completely and remove the Skin
Take Mixie Jar and add
15-16 no - Garlic
2 inch - Ginger
1/2 tbsp - Cumin Powder Roasted
Salt to taste
3 tbsp - Red Chilli Powder ( Kashmiri red chilli powder )
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp - Coriander Cumin Powder
Graind properly make a Paste
Take a Pan and add
2 tbsp - Oil
Add Potato,sauté well till golden the skin like Dark-golden Marks over the potato and remove from flame and keep in the bowl for some time
Switch of the flame and add
2 tbsp - Oil
Pinch - Asafoetida ( Hing )
Above Garlic Paste
Let garlic sauté well otherwise chilli powder will burnt
Now Switch ON the flame and Sauté well till raw Smell goes and add
3/4 Cup - Water
Mix well till Water Evaporate and Oil leaves the sides of the pan
Add Potato mix well
1 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
Mix well
1 tsp - Lemon Juice
Pinch - Chaat Masala
Serve
Masala Peanuts
Coriander leaves Chopped
Bhungra - Fried ( fryums )
