Ingredients:
Boiled Potato - 4 medium
Onion - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger - 1 inch (grated)
Paneer - 40 gm (grated)
Coriander Leaves - 2-3 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Red chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Seed Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
For Eggs:
Paneer - 80 gm
Salt - 1/2 tsp or to taste
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cornflour - 1-1.5 tsp
For Maida Slurry:
Maida/ All Purpose Flour - 4 tbsp
Cornflour - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Water
Vermicelli

I tried this recipe today. But the potato dough you made mine was not good. It was so soft that i couldn't make that nest. It become flat . Taste was good but i couldn't serve it like nest.
Dear aloo Kai baar thode moist hote hain .. add a bit more of cornflour or bread crumbs to bind it properly.. then make nest
