I see it hasn't changed much. I remember a bunch of runaways used to use the same bus transfers throughout the week cause at the time they used letters and colors on the bus transfers idk about now but I used to help some of the homeless kids out on Capitol Hill when I could. I used to go to the DESC on third avenue to look for this family that was homeless.
