A lot of people are not liking it because it's not KJV..my thoughts are go find the version you like without pushing your opinions on others.
And in Matthew they still use "fisher of men" So I'm thinking it might be the difference between how Mark tells it and how Matthew recounts it.

I was sitting in my room at the hospital since this morning and The Doctor this morning said I have chronic kidney decease I told my son Jacob and Isaac and Daughter Kate at the emergency room they had my own room 526 the Florida Medical center and my two sons were crying and my Daughter Kate All praying for me and at about 6pm on the Sabbath june 10 th the Dr. Said I didn't have Chronic kidney decease anymore he said Drink 🍷 drink Alot of water 🌊 no greasy food with sodium and you will get better you are going to be fine All I see now is a cute kidney eat right and drink Alot of water I will be getting your release papers ready by tomorrow

I listen to this wonderful readings by Sir David Suchet all the time going to sleep. He has a wonderful voice to read the Holy scriptures and to share Christ. I read that he became a Christian and wondered, as an actor, what he could do for Christ. He decided he could read scriptures. "Praise the Lord, O my soul, praise His holy name." (Ps. 103)

Yeah, though I don’t personally like the way he portrays Jesus attitude… Jesus is meek and lowly in heart He always spoke the truth but ALWAYS in love… we would all be wise to read what He says in that spirit of humility

Since my husband passed i've been very lonely. The friends i thought i had deserted me. In my pain i couldn't cope with life so i shut myself away. I have just found These readings and it makes the Bible so much easier. God bless all my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus.

I live listening to Sir David’s readings. I love there are no chapter and verse beep which were only put there for sake of location. They we’re not there originally. I also love his accent 💕

I praise God for the Bible Readingds of Sir David Suchet.
My lecturer, the Dean of Trinity College Theological School, Mr. Derrenbacker told us to read and listen to Sir David Suchet's Reading, the Gospel of St. Mark, before the class of The Gospel of St. Mark started in 2019. So, I read it and listened to it online. After that, I bought a packet of CDs of his NT Bible Reading from Ballarat Good News Redio Station to listen to it in a CD player. But it was not convenient for me to find the book I wanted to listen to.
I am grateful for the opportunity to listen to his whole Bible Readings online. Since then, I listened to his Bible Readings on TH-cam often when I was cooking, eating, gardening, and doing many other housework without watching TV for many years.
May Almighty God bless Sir David Suchet and his Bible Readingds to be blessings to the Church to the Heavenly Kingdom. Amen.

I’ve gone to church and I’ve been a follower of Jesus Christ for years, but I’ve learned something today, I was in the belief that the sick woman bled for 10yrs, but after listening to mark’s gospel and hearing she bled for 12yrs, I was ashamed. So during lent I will listen to the New Testament and read it again but I will have my eyes open so my soul can digest Gods words properly

I'm amazed by the versions that say only prayer .. but, it actually says some go out only by FASTING AND PRAYING.
This is important to spiritual warfare.. I hope this helps some one new and haven't read the KJV .
