Stevie, you have comments on daily token guns? they easy to get with daily bonus (abandon and get missions each day) and last ages especially with extender.
It's a great way to skill up, but the CDF weapons are becoming more outdated since loot 2.0 has perpetuated high efficiency weapons. I would stop using them as soon as the time feels right.
You're not gonna be able to get any weapon that breaks 70%+ unless you're willing to spend 15-30k+. Loot 2.0 being based on input to determinte output which means you can use CDF weapons as much as you like, you'll have less input in terms of decay (and instead more ammo burn) from the weapon, but you'll still get a loot that is relative to your input with a random multiplier slapped onto it. A weapon having 55% eff vs 60% isn't going to mean that much in terms of loot return where efficiency accounts for 7% of total loot, which means a 5% increase in efficiency is a 0.35% increase of loot on average. Dpp is another discussion, but even here CDF weapons aren't drastically different than their ArMatrix counterpart. High eff UL weapons are expensive and no normal player will be able to afford them, so if you have to rely on CDF daily token weapons, do so for as long as you can. And if you wan't that small increase then yes, you can spend a bunch of money on markup for equal level ArMatrix weapons with ~5% more efficiency and 0.05 dpp increase, just think about if that increase in eff and dpp will cover your increased cost in markup which can be anywhere from 5-50%+ (ArMatrix BC-70 (L) for example is 145%, even LR-10's are 135-140% MU, now make back that amount in extra loot and its markup). Or if you have money, you can of course buy a unlimited weapon, which is the best choice long-term, but you'll be paying crazy amounts of money to hold that gun (which can be returned when selling it, if you're lucky enough that its value doesn't drop) and you'll be locked to certain amounts of mobs that fit within the dps that your UL weapon is able to produce. OR you can keep buying the "free" CDF weapons with a few % less eff, no extra costs, long-lasting with a P20 Extender and play the game without having to commit with as much money.
How do you feel about the gear in the gold starter pack? I just started playing on Tuesday and thats what Ive been playing with. I love the Barbarella and got it to performing at full capacity but pretty much every video I've watched says the TT weapons are the way to go. But when I try to switch, I perform much worse than them, and I'm not sure if it's iust because I'm temporarily getting lucky hunting with the Barbarella or if it really is a viable option. I'm also curious if I should tier it up. Also, how far should we be following the Calypso quest lines? I've been doing a mix of them and grinding places like North Swamp Camp, just switching back and forth when I get bored with one activity to keep things interesting. Doing the Camp Phoenix Snabelsnot one now as I watch this video. I'm only Laser Sniper 6 and Ranged Laser 5 so far but I've only been playing for a few days and hope to improve and hit that 15 milestone soon. Thanks for the tips and advice!
Generally good advice! You can over amp for that extra 0.5. you get lower dpp but higher dps. Only real good use case is the zxSinkadus on the solomate rubio. The dps difference is really big on that lol
Back at Swamp Camp many moons ago I was invited to take part in "wormhole" chip thing.. Still some of the rarest items in game.. They are not spoken much about these days..
i m somewhat new i m around lvl 25 0r so. i am using a ozpyn BPs1x1 (unlimited) i ve been using it for months now . i will try the armatrix ladder next.
Efficiency and DPP is not the same thing Efficiency only effects the Loot Pool not the composition of the target. you have a 83.5 % efficiency means you get 5.7 to 6.2% more loot than other players w/ a smaller Efficiency.. the AMMO BURN is the damage per pec.. currently your burning 6.984 PEC per shot. There are limits Overkilling a mob can hurt your returns.. I forget the number calculation but if you MindArc will allow each mob to be pump for X amount till returns are horrible.. Reason you don't see AR Matrix 105 killing puny at icuras this is an example only. What you get from the mob is how much you pump into a mob DPP + looter profession + Efficiency.. Eco and Efficiency and eco are 2 very different things. i went w/ sword and dagger bc it has ties to Strength need more health points to run naked in higher tier mobs.
It's worth noting that the Adjusted variant of the gun becomes less efficient when paired with an A101, and therefore you should keep the base Bukin if you plan to amp up. The Gold starter pack is great as you get a nice beginner rifle and amp.
@@bayrockdev A noob will not have an A101 Yes, the starter packs are great even after they were nerfed, but I prefer the King Kong version since it still has the 5.9 ped value with the same eff rating.

You can choose to do just mining, you do a bit of research on good areas, what resources each server and land area drop, and then run those areas. Run around mobs or pick areas with low mobs or no mobs (there are plenty of these areas that also have good high markup resources), good luck.
Armatrix...? Expensive to use, expensive to buy, and expensive decay at higher levels. I'm still in the basement of the Armatrix ladder. Get a level (L) 2 chip (skip level 1 and take the losses cause you can skill it very fast with codex), an implant and some synth mind essence, preferably Pyro cause you get the bonus chips that are more beneficial, but up to you, and enjoy the
So I'm just playing the game it's been like 7 days but could you explain the process you have to level quicker in this area, I would love to learn it, thanks!
U explain it so wrong and many new players can misunderstood it badly. U used that BP 20 as example and said need lvl 20 to fully use it. But u need lvl 30 to be maxed on that weapon so even if ur proffessions are at 20 + but below 30 u still cant fully use it. If we want to know when we are maxed at any weapon, we r not looking at recomended lvl we r looking at max skill learn period lvl which in this case is 30 to fully use this gun..
Dunno if its different for Ul and L weapons but Matrix series (L) every weapon gets maxed at recomended+4 so for Matrix20 you will max it out on 24 im currentrly using 30(close to 35 as im lvl 38 need 39 to use it maxed out)
Barbarella from the starter pack felt like a good option that and still hear allot of good feedback from people that got it
Thanks for the tips, I’m looking forward to more new videos!
