trebuchets have a shooting range that is very slightly larger than towers so u can destroy them without getting hit if you place them at a specific spot

The only problem with this game despite being an RTS game is because you can literally see what everything is doing, if you look at most RTS games there are like dark places or shadow you can't see around the map unless you have a unit there or building but this game just lets you see everything which allow players to 3rd party you.
The other problem is you don’t use medieval strategies to win

Tip: get 3 or 4 buildings instead of 2 and don’t expand too quickly. You were lucky to be in a bad lobby, otherwise players would have swarmed you. Also go for catapults if you want to destroy their army. It’s good to have a variation of catapults and trebuchets rather than one or the other. Also get horses. They make ur units faster and they double their hp. They also take almost 0 unit limit.
Are fast horses or strong horses better

best strat is economy early, upgrade your castle, then go straight to catapults and 3-4 medics. catapults are absolutely broken right now, and u also might want one trebuchet in the back
Catapults are good for larg groups of troops but bad for destroying defence like towers

Get the fire arrows and the 2 top one at the medical shop and it’ll do fire arrows that do lots of damage but I haven’t played in half a year so idk if there was a new update

Advice is to get 4 builders at the beginning take your king and build windmills while you wait for builders
Then set up barracks to defend windmills that are far out and get alot of longbowers as crossbowers are nerfed and wizards are too expensive.
Then just try win the game using catapults medics and wizards

Crossbowers aren't bad though. I win all my games with them. I agree with the rest though.

It did mages and fire arrow archers with like 3/4 catapults, it can steamroll quite a bit, but only works if people are passive

U could have increase your troop limit by upgrading the houses
If you're getting attacked: Build the Towers, Watch Tower and Outpost. Then Make Crossbowers or Wizards.
If you want to destroy enemy: Make Knights, Longbowers, and Medics for Early-Mid Game.
Don't use Siege Weapons, they're for Late Game

@@poxekk That may work but not on my recent tactics of mine which literally use a *CAVALRY* and Research the *Fire Arrows* for a Very Late Game while they still fighting.
@@s3nt1nel61 that one I said was for EARLY-MID game. But On MID-LATE game I use Also Fire Arrows with a lot of cross bowers and like 3 ballistas ,1 catapult and 1 trebuchet.

also, I got a strategy depends that depends on the map.
4:40 Also to defend a rush get 1 builder and get 1 tower near HQ (castle) and upgrade HQ (castle and upgrade tower and since u have tons of cash and a Barracks spam wizards and put them behind HQ.
And then build 2 more builders and get a second barracks, 2nd barracks builds more wizards and get a hospital since u have cash.
Get money spam wizard bam easy
Mans got like 500 and doesnt buy anything...
