Usri falls is a famous tourist attraction in giridih and its about 15 km away from giridih town or bus Stand, there are 3 different stream of this falls directly coming from usri river and meats at barakar river, many people comes at this place specially during winter season to enjoy the natural beauty also usri falls is covered with a vast forests surrounding of it and it's a well-known picnic spot for people specially from West Bengal. Another well-known tourist destination of giridih is Khandoli dam and hill which is almost 12 km from giridih main town or bus stop. Khandoli dam is a important natural water reservoir for giridih people giving water supply more than 1 lakh people of giridih, it's also a good tourist attraction having boating facility on this dam and you can trek to Khandoli hill just beside of dam and get a nice birds eye view of the surrounding places of this area which is breathtaking. There are many places to visit in giridih like parasnath hill, jain museum, harihar Dham, and many more.
