This channel deserves more hype!
Beautiful video!!! Thank you! In my youth I lived abroad, and all things accentuated, ups were very up, and downs were very down. For the downs I invented something that helped me, and I hope it can help somebody who reads these line and feels down. In moments when you feel a little more upwards than down in the darkest basement, add to a list of things you know that you acctually like, love, or are interested to do when you feel rather fine. Have that list handy when you feel miserable - read it slowly and thoughtfully through, and allow yourself to think "crap" of each and everyone of them. Now comes the challenge - with your will-power, not your feelings, you do point out the activity that makes the least resistance to your doing it, the least disgusting one. Then you just start doing it, without demanding that you appreciate it or like it. You accept that you just go through the familiar moves, get started, it may help, it may not. Move on to the next item, remind yourself that you are a person who has a connection to every item on your list, so just work through it and perhaps add more activities to it, for good measure.
I had things on my list as: go to a good movie, stroll through a park, write my diary in a café ordering what I could afford, bring home 15 books for assessing from the library, write lists that tell something about me and my life, cycle aimlessly around for 2-3 hours, choose a spot to travel to and plan all the details, dance for an hour to my favourite music, take a long walk in the woods picking flowers or sticks or small stones (bring some of them home and arrange a "still life"), take a luxury bath at home, or go to a sauna and sweat it and cool it out thinking about all the generations who have used this remedy before me, write a personal prayer to a God I could believe in, asking for things that I would trust in, read a self-help book with color pens in hand and copying good sentences in my note-book, go gerilla-gardening = finding some spots to spread a few seeds for the benefit of whomever, go on a tour around the city in a tram or a bus to new parts and guessing the motive behind street-names and inventing stories about people who might live there...
Then pretend you are your best friend, write a message for you to read in the morning, eat a bit and brush your teeth and sleep as much as you need, looking forward to reading the friendly message, as if you were a Snufkin returning to the Moominhouse, while Moomin was sleeping, but had left that message on the kitchen-table... happy you are back and I'm awake, I can't wait to hear what thoughts you now have to tell me!
Woah!! Wonderfully expressed emotions!
You have such a great way of expressing complex emotional thoughts. I mean that in two ways. You speak very clearly and calmly, it's very easy to listen to. Also, the way you use words to capture these deep thoughts and feelings is marvellous. This particular topic sounds very Finnish, we are definitely a melancholy people and very familiar with thoughts of depresson and self-doubt.
Mr Chicco if only one person remembers your name you have made a change, you do not even need a billion followers to prove you are uplifting auras ..Keep your and our auras uplifted
You’re so inspirational 🥹✨
you are so profound ❤
You chanel is the best
I hope to be able to phrase my thoughts as well as you do. Props.
I would suggest being without a smartphone for a week. Try it. :D Finding the good and wonder in simple things. Being at ease and at rest without that little machine constantly somewhere is something many miss I am sure.
Your videos are sincerely amazing dude
You should start a discussion group of some kind. It would most likely help you feel better. You are very good at expressing your thoughts. I find it tiresome to listen to people who pause all the time when they talk. It is pleasant to listen to you.
👩🏼🌾🏞️🌅❤️ Hello, Chico! Thank you for this wonderful video! You are intelligent and empathic, you're very good at expressing yourself and how you feel. You're honest and real. Yes, one could say that you have a lot to be grateful for, but, in truth, you have earned it all.
Do not ask too much of yourself, things have a way of solving themselves if we don't pressure them. We all have moments of doubt and depression. Luckily, life is never still but always moving on and changing. Unexpected things are waiting just beyond the corner. Just keep your mind open and your thoughts 'light'.
There's an old Finnish song woth some great lyrics composed by Irwing Goodman (Antti Hammarberg) called "Maailma on kaunis". Try to find it and get the text translated if you don't understand the words. I believe that it would be right for you...

It is a bit strange that you are getting depressed at this time of the year. It would be easier to understand if it had happened during winter.
Spring is the hardest time for me. The grayness of the mind compared to the increasing sunlight creates a contrast. It's easier in winter.
Feelings aren't dependant on the time of year. Like what??? I know in our culture it's only soscially acceptable to express certain emotions during certain times of year, like depression during winter even if you've felt it all year (and a lot of clinically depressed people admit to being depressed only during winter because it's "acceptable" then), but saying you can only feel things based on the seasons is insane. That's not how the human brain works

I do not believe that you can only feel things based on the seasons. I am aware of the fact that people can get depressed no matter what season it is but if we talk about people who have moved to Finland from sunny countries ( like South Africa ) it is much more common that they get depressed in winter than in the summer. The lack of sunlight and the cold can be too much for them.
