    Nice video and cuts! When you program your "tabs" in solidworks are they drawn in at the part or assembly level? Could you post your file so I can have a look at your workflow as trying to find a better way to add tabs with SW. thanks

      You can add them in the Cam tree. Under the Contour operation go to Edit Details then the Contour Tab. In the bottom right corner there is a checkmark for Tabs.

    What are all the tools and machines do you have in your workshop ? How much did CNC router cost ? I'm an electronics engineer who loves CNCs and wants to setup a mechanical workshop in the near future. Thanks :)

    You using straight up water it sure looks like it? If I had to choose between getting the profile path clean or use a "coolant"...I'd go for getting it clean. That watery mess is a re-cut/heat magnet. Also..."coolant" isn't really for cooling but for lubricating ...well technically you can drycut but then you have to feed much faster to reduce heat.....On a CNC router you can do so much better with a single flute at MASSVELY increased federates at near same DOC and a little higher spindle speed....Apart from that you still get the job done...KUDOS. and keep it up :)

    What brand machine is this router? I'm a CNC machinist and I've been wanting to get a router for at home, but don't want to be limited to wood. This looks perfect!

    Your spindle: how many KW?
    some thoughts to consider:
    1. using a 2nd air nozzle from the left for chip evacuation during misting.
    2. use Fusion 360.
    greetings from Herri in Kunming.

    You could have made these easier and quicker and cheaper by just using some flat bar stock of the right size. Just because you have a CNC doesn't mean it's the right tool for the job.

    не очень-то экономно... лучше сделать пруток нужного "Т"-профиля и нарезать несколько деталей на ленточной пиле. Она же у Вас есть.
    так же и по прижимам...

      @phucnguyenCNC  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    ПО не оптимально работает, много холостых проходов. Так же, не оптимизированы заглубления фрезы, ее можно было вообще загонять сбоку заготовки.

    So much waste of material ...

    • @paulina4847
      @paulina4847 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Vojtěch how is that a waste of material. The amount of scrap he had was minimal

    • @MrPRECLIK
      @MrPRECLIK 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's look like he "could" do 10 T-block ( 0:51 ) from that material instead of 4, if he split it on band saw. Or he could do it from square bar instead of flat sheet

    • @phucnguyenCNC
      @phucnguyenCNC  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, you comment very well, do my way is very wasteful. Since I want to share a clear video about machining on cnc router, I have done so. Thank you for watching. hi
