Stellenbosch University Choir performs "Umakoti" - an African celebration song

The Stellenbosch University Choir
At the 2018 Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod, in Wales the choir competed in the categories for Open- Youth- and Mixed Choirs and won all three categories.
Currently the US choir is ranked number 1 on the Interkultur World Ranking List of the top 1000 international choirs.

This was our song at our wedding as I was walking down the isle. It wasn’t planned though. The power went out so the CD player didn’t work and my dads farm employees who watched me grow up, sang this for us instead. It made the whole wedding, set a perfect atmosphere and was so unique for us!
