Gosh, I really like this one! Do these parks have allowances for someone who's 50-55? I thought I read somewhere that they have a 20% allowance for people under 55 to live in the parks. Not sure about that, lol. Anyway, I love this one.

It’s in accordance with the prospectus that’s initially setup. Very few parks are strictly 55+ but you have to check with the park about it. It’s not something I have access to & it’s better for a buyer to ask than an outside agent.
