for more damage remove the green tear and add magic shrouding cracked tear (+20% magic damage) and also replace ritual sword (+10% damage at full health) for magic scorpion charm (+12% magic damage but +10% damage taken) and then replace milicent's prosthesis (max damage buff of 11% increase) for godfrey icon (+15% damage on charge skills). That is the build i use and i obliterate the enemies i pulled these numbers from the wiki so for those that will ask for a source its the wiki edit: id understand if people dont have the magic scorpion charm since its VERY missable.
I thought of using Godfrey icon too but then I changed it coz I was not charging the skill every time So the combo of Miliscent prosthesis and rotten sword insignia worked for me Also: U can use Spellblade set for extra 8% damage 😊

This makes me hope that there is more arcane stuff that is magic-related like the Marais, and not blood like pretty much everything that we currently have.
My current ng+7 build is this and it's very fun. It takes some skill to be able to get the timing off on this. You have to know boss fights very well for this to be that effective
Trust me I learned it the hard way when I fought Malenia So yeah u really have to time it right and know the moves But once it lands it's all over for the boss lol

Im using this now for a strenth/arcane biuld havent used the ash once and im loving it s far good damage and hits like a truck i was curious if it was just a good sword as i hardly use ashes and usually when you look up weapons thats all they talk about but if you just want a god sword for combat going through the game i ded recomend it great moveset and damage and you get magic damage so ut works goid against every enemy ive faced so far one thing i can say about strenth arcane buiod is besides leveling your stats you can have your whole biuld as far as equipment at the start of the game pretty much i went and got the sword first thing with a few good incantations and got the dragon comunion seal in limgrave plus you can get the blood flame blade incantation to yse on a secondary sword in limgrave and swarm of flies incantation foing varres quest all by the time you reach the second region of the game witch is insane having a full biuld ready that close to the start all you have to do is work on your levels for scaling and get your weapon yo plus 10 witch you can also do by the time you hit lurina if you know what to do def the easiest biuld ive put together
Nice explanation right there I've also done a new game build on this weapon already on the channel but I wanted to see how much damage I can do in ng+7 and I really wanted to defeat Malenia No-Hit and this weapon helped me 😁
@SoulBlazeGaming it's alot of fun forsure I can't wait to get yo her again I only fought her on one playthrough I'm proud to say it only took me 8 tries to beat her and this was my first souls game so im hoping when I get to her this time I just run through her she is def a proper boss and lived up to everything I heard

Also, "disrupts the game balance"? My dear fellow, have you seen what the Grave Scythe with Spinning Strikes can do with Bloodflame Blade? Or Great Stars with Bloodflame Blade and Wild Strikes? Or the Star Fists? Like, there are SO many ways to break Elden Ring that it is impossible to catch them all.
Frankly, you are underestimating fromsoftware. There is still a long time for the DLC to be released. Tho mohg’s spear does fire damage and it’s Nihil is slow.. It melts Malenia which is all you need to hear

Does howl of shibriri not work on some enemies? When I use it in my build I do around 6k damage but if I remove it then I do around 8k damage
