The whole part about Adam's mother issue is pure comedy gold (and Tom's "get on board" in 1:07:25 is the best moment of this episode). I didn't expect seeing so much of laughing Tom and also I'm impressed by his jokes. I respect you Tom, you seem to be a nice bloke.

I'm one of those who was on the Ace Train until that point. I get how that's not a deal-breaker for most people, but personally, I've always been more of the "we're all manning the same ship" mentality with coworkers, and that means accepting that no one is going to be perfect 8 hours a day, 7 days a week. A little bit of venting is fine, but if it's constant enough to be a trait here? Nuh uh. I'm not okay with agreeing to bad-talk about people I don't know long-term, and I think it does put up a red flag for important values differences that I'm not sure can be resolved. That kicked me back to Jax, whose red flag for most was a Bob Marley ringtone? I feel like that would have been assumed just looking at her tbh. XD
