- Fudge is so very easy in the Thermomix - simply add the ingredients and walk away, safe in the knowledge that your Thermomix will do the work for you while you go about your business.
First step is to make your own Condensed milk from scratch, then continue with the Fudge. How easy is THAT!?!

Hello, my question is can regular whole milk be used? I never have milk powder on hand but I’m always stocked with milk for my kids and other cooking needs. TIA
Hello and thank you for watching my videos! My understanding is that the milk POWDER component assists with the thickening process. To be honest, I have never substituted regular whole milk (liquid) for the full cream milk (powder) so I am not confident to tell you that it will work. The only way to know for sure is to experiment yourself! Apologies that I cannot be of more assistance! If you do try it, I'd love to know the result! Kind regards Tracey

I honestly have never used salted butter as I only ever purchase (or make) unsalted.
My instinct would be to say that you would still get the same consistency, however there would be a hint of salt to the taste.
It would then depend if that is suitable for the recipe you are intending to use it in.

Hello, the recipe calls for a pinch of salt, so just omit that from the recipe and a happy balance will be found.
