I’m SO SO SO happy you featured the zongzi lady. I pretty much grew up with her voice greeting me every Sunday morning when I used to go to Chinatown for tutoring. She’s been there since I was 9 and I’m now 24 😃
i literally went to chinatown a few wks ago because of your recent vids and LITERALLY SAW THEM RIDING BY IN THEIR SCOOTERS PASS ME BY T.T i was too star struck to say anything kqosocowejjd thank you for these vids fung bros and for supporting our community...i shall see y'all again soon hopefully and I'll have the guts then to say hi xD
Y'all need to hit up Shanghai Heping for XLB and fried pork buns, Jaya 888 for the curry (preference is the curry chicken noodle with hor fun), Nyonya for the roti canai, Spicy Village for the braised beef noodle and beef Chinese hamburger, Good Century Cafe for the dan tat and hot dog bao, Nam Son for the pho, Royal Seafood for the general dim sum, and Sun Sai Gai for the dai bao, sesame ball, and other general dishes!!! All such gems and all chinatown businesses that aren't getting a lot of features rn in the 'Welcome to Chinatown' and 'Send Chinatown Love' fundraising organizations, but should totally get some more love
OMG! YOU HAVE ME DROOLING OVER EV-ER-EE-THIN-GUH 👍🏾. Respect for repping on behalf of Chinatown's small business community and culinary diversity. A big "thank-you" for explaining the differences in China's regional cuisines for the rest of us!
For Part 4 Kam Boat Bakery on Bowery is one of the few bakeries left that serves dim sum and rice dishes even in the morning. Nuan Xin Rice Roll on Hester and Eldridge is literally a rice roll filled with your choice of ingredients. It's the only one in Chinatown Toni Fresh Rice Noodle is another great rice noodle place but it's a little more pricier than Yi Ji Shi Mo and they have other foods as well Yin Ji Chang Fun few doors down from Toni is also great to check out Taiyaki on 119 Baxter Alimama Tea on Bayard Street. They got Boba Cream Puff
Omg this vid popped up on my page at the perfect time, I'm going to Chinatown for the 1st time since March and I'm totally hitting up a bunch of these places, thanks! Curious on your opinions of Bake Culture Bakery on Bowery St. if you guys do a part 4. Their mooncakes are really good and since Autumn Festival is coming up.
I like the way you included zonzi Lady in this video. She must have the entire neighbourhood watching out for her on that busy intersection. That hanger/menu sign with the clothespins is a great invention.
You should try making the pork jerky into a sandwich, with buttered burger bun on lightly scrambled egg, slice cucumbers, meat floss and sriracha/ketchup. Usually some dry meat places in malaysia will offer dry meat sandwiches.
So excited about the vegan baos! Def want to go to that Spring Cafe! I love that trend towards inclusivity of non-meat items, as someone who doesn't eat meat
Wow, the Chinatown has all kind of food, the food is not only cheap but also taste good esp Spring Cafe, that food is newness even I have never seen in China.
Those bubble teas look amazing, but I balk at all the single use plastic in their products. Is there any tea house that is coming up with an alternative?
So glad you said you saved the leftover food. I'm always wondering if it get's thrown out, which would be so horrible. Everything looked crazy delicious.
Highly recommend 456 shanghai for their pan fried Shanghai buns + wandering around Deluxe Food Market because they having a lot of prepped options that so many people buy to go! Literally drooling now after making the mistake of watching this at 1am before going to sleep
To the right of Wah Fung I used to go to New Kim Tuong for lunch. They had good Beef Ho Fun for like $9.00 and gave you a giant glass bowl of it. Try it out for me. I haven't been there in 10 years.
Cmon Andrew, don’t use your chopsticks to point at stuff! 😂 Props though, your Mandarin sounds really good for ABC! Good reel. Excited to check out NYC next year!
Vanessa for the sesame duck pancake and 8 boiled dumplings for under $10 total. Wonton noodle garden for the namesake. Eat gai for the chicken but thats LES.
I’m SO SO SO happy you featured the zongzi lady. I pretty much grew up with her voice greeting me every Sunday morning when I used to go to Chinatown for tutoring. She’s been there since I was 9 and I’m now 24 😃
Love the consistent awareness and support your bringing into Chinatown
Thank you Fung Bros for paying for the food and not asking for free shit.
Yes, thank you! I despise all the freeloading influencers.
@@friedpickle9828 so many on Insta they’re so annoying!
You guys are open to food but still showing light to the Asian cruises.. I appreciate it !
I really want to visit the China Town in New York. I’ve heard many good things about the Chinese food there. It all looks so good 🥺
Vancouvers Chinatown is better
You gotta go to all 6 of them!
Django
Only flushing one is good
You should definitely visit! Chinatown will appreciate your business no matter which one you visit!
Flushing is better.

Yes! I love the way Vietnamese cook the green onions and use it as a topping. Delicious.

This is excellent series! So much shown and you're breathing fresh air in. Cant wait to return to NYC!
They’re not wrong about the Yi Ji Shi Mo. That place is stellar.
Great video. Cool to see Chinese subtitles with each food dish.
Thanks so much for these videos! I went on a good crawl as a date night with my hubby and it was awesome.
Y'all should do a collab with mikey chen from strictly dumplings.
Since he's back in New York City.
I swear they must have beef there’s no way they haven’t yet
Mikey is anti-Chinese Government, Fung Bros is as far as I can tell neutral/pro. They won't collab.
@Howy Howitzer For real Mike Chen is?
If youtube was high school... Mike Chen is a goofy nerd, let’s just say FungBros are not.
Mikey Chen is in a cult named Falun Gong, which encourages people to burn themselves to get into heaven.
Vegan! Thank you so much! Looks so delicious!
Can you cover Flushing please?!
Awe man that raid shadow legend ad i could have done without
Michael Ngo let them live, they need to finance these videos somehow....
