Ajumma would loves to share the recipes to make our belly stay happy!
Dumpling Wrappers Recipe :
270 grams / bread flour
30 grams / gluten rice flour
1/2 tsp / salt
150 ml / water
Dumpling Recipe :
2 pcs / green onion
1/2 pcs / tofu
100~150 grams / boiled rice or glass noodle
1/4 pcs / cabbage
500 grams / minched chicken
(marinate chicken with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper)
1 tbsp / minched garlic
1/2 tsp / minched ginger
2 tbsp / soy sauce
1 tbsp / oyster sauce
1 tsp / salt
1 tbsp / sesame oil

Annyeonghaseyo! Thank you for watching ^^ You have to steam it first and let them cool then dumplings can store in the freezer approximately 2/3 weeks

Untuk hasil mandunya jadi kurang lebih 18-20 pcs. Takaran yang divideo 1 kulit mandu 20grams. Terimakasih ^^

Annyeonghaseyo! Bisa ^^ ajumma pakai tepung ketan untuk tekstur kulit pangsit yang kenyal ^^ terimakasih

Bisa ^^ setelah dikukus, dinginkan terlebih dahulu ya. Sampai kering kulitnya, lalu simpan di freezer, bisa tahan sampai waktu 1~2 bulan. Terimakasih.

Kecap asin 5 sdm

I don’t have a steam pot. Is there any other pot I could use? How long to steam?
@@bxsheerx If you have a wire rack or a sieve that fits into a pot, you can use that with parchment paper for lining. As long as water doesn't touch the mandu, and you make sure that steam doesn't escape, it should work!
Thank you so much! Yes ^^ otherwise you can boil or fry them directly. The purpose of steaming to make sure the meat inside mandu well cook.

Mandunya dikukus selama 8-10 menit. Untuk penyimpanan lebih lama, dinginkan dan disimpan dalam freezer ^^ (penyimpanan tahan 2 minggu)

@@ajumma2610 i have a question.... i've never tried dumplings before but i am wondering if the fillings are going to cook aswell while steaming it? cuz the fillings(whether it's chicken or ground meat) are not cooked before the folding process.

Saya udah coba, tp mungkin lidah saya kurang cocok kalo mandunya cuma dikukus, soalnya rasa tepungnya kerasa banget, jadi setelah dikukus mandunya saya goreng wkwk
kayaknya kulitnya kurang tipis pas digiling, jadi kukusnya waktunya perlu ditambah ^^
