How the Principal Whistle helped me: I got 9/9 notebooks, Baldi was nearby but luckly I was in a faculty room and used the whistle to then get a detention, and use the tape.
Alarm clock and wd are so underrated. My strat in classic is to collect the 2 long hallway notebooks last. I put a clock for 1 minute in the cafeteria and use the WD on the last room. After I can’t hear baldi anymore, I just collect the last notebook and run.
The only thing I can think of, for the principles whistle to be kind of useful is to make the bully go away, so he can’t steal your portal poster if you’re trying to get to the basement

The principal whistle could be lore because the principal has a line saying “no breaking the 4th wall in the hall” and null breaks the 4th wall and in party style he is in detention so he got put in detention for breaking the 4th wall so in the boss fight when you get the 3rd exit null will rush to the principal’s office to see if he is there and then will hide to close the last exit and obviously he breaks the 4th wall in his speech so when you use it he gets scared then mad then gets you for blowing the whistle because the principal has great hearing and wants to put the person in detention that’s why that happens

Updates on some items as of v6.0 - They added Diet Bsoda, which is weaker but more common that regular Bsoda. Could pose an issue. - The WD-NoSquee got buffed into creating a temporary "No noise" zone.
First of all, the tape lasts 30 seconds in the basic game so if you get detention from the principal, it will save you since at 6 or more notebooks baldi pretty much kill you even if you get 15 seconds detention. And the secret ending for the classic style pretty much forces you to always run, which makes the tape live saver so i would've put it much higher.
Nah bro you're tripping, there has never been a single time where Baldi's Least Favorite Tape hasn't been enough to go get the notebook and go to the cafeteria, the only time i actually didn't do it was like my 2nd attemp but after that i nail it everytime. But us students teached by TomRBel has different methods i guess.

The whistle has helped me get caught when baldi was about to catch me, then I used a tape to stop baldi from coming to the principal's office. But that only worked once.
Ive found one use for the principle's keys. If you get caught doing something youre not supposed to do, you unlock the door and use the faculty name tag you wont get detention again.
I mean technically you COULD use the principal's keys and the principal's whistle together to further your distance from Baldi, but still, it's not really that helpful. I guess you can also use the Principal's keys to get out of a classroom locked by Mrs. Pomp but that's only useful if you make her angry while you still have notebooks to collect, and most of the time you won't need to enter classrooms after getting everything.

While I can see where you are coming from, NO WAY! The boots and scissors both stop 3 characters, but only one over laps. The major difference is that the other characters the Boots stop (Gotta Sweep and Cloudycopter) are no where close to as annoying as the two other characters the scissors stop (Playtime and Beans) so if you want the boots just to stop First Prize... I mean just carry the scissors, they are much better and don't work on an annoying time limit

The detention time is (mostly)accurate to the video length the length of the detention time being 28.5 and it’s mostly accurate cause of the credits that baldi gives

The best null/glitch style paths don't use the tape. Honestly the mode is super easy compared to all secret endings, you just gotta find a good path which is the hardest part, but once you have a good path it's literally free.
You’re forgetting something about the quarter in plus there are more machines that can give you two more items. I mean three you can get apples and scissors from these machines I know there’s another item but I don’t remember what that item is I just know you can get Apple and scissors from it so that technically gives more used to the quarter exactly why I love the quarter and it’s my favorite item
The tape is now better in v0.42 plus, it know makes baldi avoid the tape player, Even of he sees you in the detention, it also makes all other characters run away

The detention time is (mostly)accurate to the video length the length of the detention time being 28.5 and it’s mostly accurate cause of the credits that baldi gives
for the whistle, you can use it to escape baldi if you are in a bad spot by going to detention
Remind me of something that happened to a TH-camr once they were using the lock and they locked the door so they don’t want to have to go to detention but after they lock the door, Baldy came right for them and they couldn’t get through the door because they had locked the door also quarter quarter quarter shiny

Something I realized is that u can use the whistle to try to get principal to open a door without making noise
principle whistle could be used to get away from baldi, run in teh halls and he'll lsend u to detention away from baldi. (unless ur right next to detention, if u where to use it then, ur screwed)
You can use principals whistle to get away from Baldi by going to detention on purpose

The best null/glitch style paths don't use the tape. Honestly the mode is super easy compared to all secret endings, you just gotta find a good path which is the hardest part, but once you have a good path it's literally free.
You’re forgetting something about the quarter in plus there are more machines that can give you two more items. I mean three you can get apples and scissors from these machines I know there’s another item but I don’t remember what that item is I just know you can get Apple and scissors from it so that technically gives more used to the quarter exactly why I love the quarter and it’s my favorite item

The tape is now better in v0.42 plus, it know makes baldi avoid the tape player, Even of he sees you in the detention, it also makes all other characters run away
