I love how the track opens with the piano chord that was used at the beginning of the game, but then the electric guitar and drums emerge to drown it out, and the song ends up trading the piano for a synthesizer, with the iconic hoots and hollers lingering in the background Really gives a sense that the whole school is falling apart at the seams and Baldi is losing control and struggling to hang on
Indeed. Baldi's Basics's primary soundfont is actually the default MIDI GS Wavetable Synth instruments, used by Windows to emulate MIDI funcitonality if there's no hardware support for it. They've become notorious for being rather low-quality and not that accurate when it comes to representing MIDI music, so their usage in a 'cheap education game' is perfect.
Yep, I think this is probably the most tense part of the game, maybe equal to getting the final 4 exits to unlock the secret mode. Also, it's called Schoolhouse Trouble for a good reason, you are in probably the most trouble you have ever been in due to the problem the enemy put you in when the song starts, inside a schoolhouse.
Actually I just realised something, the cymbals in the percussion somewhat remind me of Baldi's ruler, which is surprisingly fitting because... and this fun fact is a bit of a spoiler, so I'm going to put it further down. But the closer the enemy gets to you, the louder the percussion gets (Alongside how everything but the percussion gets paused for a moment at certain points)
Just remember, if your friend hadn’t left their noteboos at school, none of this would have happened. FOR EATING PRACTICE! ok the beans headcanon is realistic ngl
the fact that micah never fixed "noteboos" and left it in the remastered reminds me of how toby fox added another stray pixel in deltarune chapter 2 queen battle instead of fixing the one in the king battle

Forgot a note: The first part (when he blocks the entrance) and when you hit him are different, The First part (entrance blocked) is BossStart Or something, the Second part (boss start) is BossLoop. So. Just so you know!
I love how the song literally just uses EVERY other sound in the game instead of making its own sounds. Really gives the Baldi's Basics feel while giving something new at the same time. Also gotta love how it speeds up everytime you throw an object at Null. Don't really know how you do that, but it makes the song sound more instense the closer you get to beating it. the amount of views this has is definitely deserved. this track is WONDERFUL and i really hope it becomes a mainstream boss theme i love that it turns the classic schoolhouse melody into an epic final boss theme, with some additional original melodies as well. definitely the best track in the series so far!

@@Jollerry null is zero, nothing. It's not a literal name, he even says that. Filename2 is name of the file. So it can't be filename2 because his file name is blank. Accept that filename2 has no meaning anymore.
This gives off the vibe of "Twist Villain" like the implication that Baldi was nothing more than a red herring and NULL was the true villain, maybe he too isn't the big bad, but a outside otherworldly force we have yet to see
I heard a theory from somewhere else that I also liked, is that Null IS the problem with the game in the first place, because after Null’s gone, the “Congratulations” line from Baldi is now just “Find a way out before I catch you” in Baldi’s normal voice and when you get every questions wrong, Baldi actually shows up to give you proper math advice in his office. So perhaps, there was nothing wrong with the game in the first place. It’s just Null who deluded himself into think he’s in a bigger situation than he actually is, leading to him trying to push us away only to be deleted by the end. But that’s just a theory, a GAME THEORY.

I love how from NULL's first appearance, then birthday bash, then this final comeback to him, was really nostalgic. Well, only for the ones who knew Filename2 (His first known name.) I love the new lore, and the new NULL mode, and new NULL voicelines, the-supposed-to-be-scary backwards message from NULL. Fun fact: The backwards message played backwards is "Destroy the game." and the secret error screen after you defeat NULL and he's gone forever. (The filename is NullEnds.)
I can't help but bring myself back here, this was one of the most interesting moments for me throughout the Classic Remastered, since it's not really repeatable after the first time beating it.

Love the fact that Anthony literally used the default Windows GM. Like, the GM itself sounds pretty bad by today's standards, but he managed to make it sound awesome. There was a video about Toby Fox and how he composed music, and how he managed to make the most cheesiest sounding keyboard in the world, FLKeys, and made it sound really good in Mettaton Resort. I'm sure there's a saying about turning junk into something beautiful, because that's exactly what happened with these two.

This is my school friend's favourite song which I also vibe to. My other school friend nuh said it reminds him of programming a game when Micah played this for his news. It reminds me of running from the oldest view as fast as I can! Thanks basically games so much for making this song!

What's great is that it has different characters ambient noises, you can hear the OOH HOO OOH HOO from schoolhouse theme and that's baldi, you can also hear playtimes music box in some parts of the song
I have sooooo much that I don't touch the baldi's basic's community and I so glad that a stills as a good community with no iPad kids and have this masterpiece too!

I like how the school pulses to the beat of the song. Its a neat detail.

Love the fact that Anthony literally used the default Windows GM. Like, the GM itself sounds pretty bad by today's standards, but he managed to make it sound awesome. There was a video about Toby Fox and how he composed music, and how he managed to make the most cheesiest sounding keyboard in the world, FLKeys, and made it sound really good in Mettaton Resort. I'm sure there's a saying about turning junk into something beautiful, because that's exactly what happened with these two.

What's great is that it has different characters ambient noises, you can hear the OOH HOO OOH HOO from schoolhouse theme and that's baldi, you can also hear playtimes music box in some parts of the song
