Thus handing the title of dark lord to Sidius". Maybe Plagus would call himself a sith noble instead of a sith lord after handing over his position as dark lord.
I doubt that would go to well Sideous would just off him first chance he got probably a lot easier since he wouldn’t even have to necessarily do it himself he could send Maul,Dooku,clones,grevouis, or alot of other characters. I doubt Palp would want to leave someone powerful enough to challenge him in the future and at the very least a loose end in the grand plan.
I don’t think Sidious would like that, he’d probably feel like he didn’t earn the title or that as long as Plagus is alive he’ll never be the true Sith Lord and maybe the force wouldn’t fully accept him
I'm not convinced that would work either, the Sith take power by overthrowing the leader and the rule of 2 makes that case as it is not like a dynasty where one ruler steps down to let his son take over, it is purely might makes right with the Sith, you basically have to take the position by killing your master.
You would have abandon the Rule of 2 completely to allow Plagueis to step down. Maybe a different structure. Perhaps it starts as a new Sith Triumverate.
It is very strange that the Republic did not remember who the Sith were. The last Sith Empire fell just a thousand years before 1 episode. This is not so long ago by the standards of Star Wars, and at that time there were creatures that witnessed the events of the new Sith wars

I don't, because: A) Palpatine was killed by a lightsaber wielder... sure, evidence pointed towards it being a Jedi, but they'd co-existed with the Republic for ages, and never assassinated a future Chancellor. B) The Sith have been believed extinct for a millenium, and The Republic had also been at war with the Sith in the past. The Chancellor is bound to have records of this in their quarters, as are most other Senators. C) The Sith just happened to show up when the Jedi temple was under attack and the Jedi were blamed for the death of Palpatine.... This is too significant to just be a coincidence. And bear in mind, the Senate didn't know Palpatine was a Sith Lord before they voted him in, or even until after the Galactic Empire.

When did Jedi Council say that this man is no part of the Jedi Order, will the Senate and all of the citizens really believe it was a jedi? Sure they dont know every member, that adds to the plot working! So it can work; but the plot depends alot on this fact. How much the citizens hate the jedi currently to believe the slander/info vs jedi's word.

What would likely happen would there would be an investigation into this and the Jedi would be placed in charge of protecting the Chancellory and any attempt to blame or remove the Jedi would be ignored and mocked for being delusional. The Jedi were too big, popular, old, and entrenched to be thrown out like this. That’s just not how politics and political institutions worked. Why else would Sidious go through all the effort he did to destroy the Jedi of all he needed to do was frame them for a political assassination of a prominent member of the senate to get rid of them. I don’t buy this theory at all personally.

In his book plagusus master told him if he didn’t take an apprentice he’d have become immortal and ruled the galaxy. His mistake was taking palpatine on. If he killed him he’d have become the one immortal ruler of the galaxy. He’d probably have killed Anakin as a child to. Plus the plan palpatine used the clones etc that was his masters. He’d just have waited longer and either installed a puppet or took the role himself.
What I dont believe you considered is that Darth Tenebrous, Plagueis's master could be inside his body through the maxi-chlorians in this timeline. You see, Tenebrous successfully invaded Plagueis's body in legends, but had a vision of Plagueis getting killed by Sidious. However, that vision would not have happened here, meaning its possible Tenebrous never ejected himself from Plagueis and instead has the opportunity to possess Anakin.
Ok here is a solid what if idea. Now a bit of lore is that KDY the builder of the Republic's Star Destroyers and Walkers was nearly part of the CIS until Palpatine screwed this over to make them join the Republic. Now here's a hypothetical what if Palpatine doesn't bother leading the Republic and instead decides to use the CIS as the basis for his Empire, he takes active command of the CIS and doesn't even bother hiding his Sith identity and leads the droid armies himself, no bothering with clones to kill the Jedi when he can just have the Droid Armies overrun them with sheer numbers the Republic would have to actually form a proper military to stop the CIS and draft its own citizens to have a chance. This a VERY interesting scenario also lets for an added bonus say that Palpatine doesn't care about having Anakin as his apprentice and instead decides to find some other VERY powerful force user and abides by the Rule of Two properly that being no fallen Jedi apprentices that is actually a rule and Darth Bane would have killed Sidious for breaking it.
What if Obi Wan, instead of taking Luke to Tatooine, goes to Mandalore. Takes the Darksaber to rule, stopping the Pykes, Black Sun, and Crimson Dawn with a shadow government he creates, and with that government placates the Empire ending the need for the Night of a Thousand Tears. While that goes on, Obi Wan is in the background rebuilding the a true Mandalorian army that can fight the Empire (maybe the rebellion), training new balanced Jedi along with Luke (alongside the Mandalorian army), finding new force sensitive Mandalorians to be leaders of the army, but training them in the importance of helping all in the galaxy. In Obi Wan's search for balance he finds the way to hide himself from other force users. He informs Yoda and they teach it to the new Jedi. If you need to have him marry Bo-Katan to help cement his leadership showing he can forgive her for the death of Satine. While a marriage of convenience for Obi Wan maybe some happiness, maybe even children, can come from it.

I have a crazy what if idea! What if Palpatine never became Chancellor? It could go a hundred different ways, like Queen Amidala not not calling for a vote of no confidence in Chancellor Velorum, or if Senator Bale Organa or any number of other Senators became Chancellor there are really so many possibilities, but basically if Palpatine had never become Chancellor his plans would have been ruined. I don't know when in relation to becoming Chancellor he killed Plagueis, but if he had not become Chancellor would he have still acted to kill Plagueis? There really are so many ways this could go and I think you could have some real fun with this idea.
Actually I know when he killed Plagueis it’s immediately right after the vote of no confidence within Palpatine on that night because it’s stated inside the Novel of Darth Plagueis the wise.
He knew that the Force did not obey them completely and he wanted to beat it according to its rules. He was a danger to the Force, and The Force got rid of him with the help of Palpatine, whispering to him to kill the teacher. The Force attacked Maul, confusing his mind, so he hesitated and missed Kenobi's blow. The force controls everything. And then Anakin killed the Emperor, and the tide of the dark side ended. Such is the will of the Force. Therefore, he had to die.✌

I gave the video a like for the effort you put into it, but I don't agree with the path the story took. I have not done a ton of research, but it is my understanding the Palpatine came from a political family so he was more interested in political power where as Plagueis was focused on the raw power of the dark side of the force, so I don't think he would have had the charisma to sway the senators as he did in the story you presented. Had Plagueis killed Palpatine when Palpatine tried to kill him I can believe that the Jedi would have been blamed as an investigation would have revealed the type of weapon used, a lightsaber, and only the Jedi used such a weapon and the Sith were believed extinct, so I think Plagueis would had continued accumulating power from the shadows as he had been, but would have used the Jedi being blamed for the death of Palpatine to make a move toward eliminating the Jedi, I just don't think he would have done so using political means, that was Palpatine's method, again I don't have an extensive knowledge of Star Wars lore, so I could be way off, but I just don't think things would have gone the way you presented them.

Attachments are forbidden for jedi so you cant have a wife as one, if you have a wife as a sith then that wife is your weakness so not worth having a wife as a dark sider

(why they allowed millions of people to be enslaved to begin with I’ll never know) What if mandalore rearmed during the clone wars and were the protectors of the 1,000 nuetral planets(this would kinda eliminate death watch as this allows their warrior traditions to be brought back)

Maul could only kill padawans and knighs at that time, not jedi masters, senate at that time was not in complete control of the sith, they would remember all the good things jedi did in 1000 years, how they helped and bring hope to the galaxy and the Republic, so they would not side with the sith that quicly like they did with Palpatine. Only real denger is Pleagaus who was powerfull, but he is one against many, if he could do that all alone he would never need Palpatine to take controle of the Senate.
Would love to see your take on what if Sidious and Plagueis didn't betray eachother. Would be cool to see or read about an all out brawl between Anakin and the master council vs a fully powered up Plagueis and Sidious
Sorry but I'm not feeling this one. The point of the clone war was to form distrust of and kill large numbers of Jedi. Without that the Jedi are still strong enough and popular enough thst the Senate wouldn't fall for a clumsy frame up like that. At best it would get a couple of Jedi as the killer. Not a republic wide turning and disbanding of the order. Also openly announcing himself as Sith would sat off anyone with even a basic understanding of galactic history. The Sith had been widely known b4 as enemies of the Republic. It wouldn't generate widespread trust
This was a good story, I liked it, though I liked Luke and Vader even more. Plagueis is a good character, but I have more investment in the Sith ruling as Father and Son.
Just a suggestion for the Obi-wan fell in love with Ventress video use the EU timeline for it, the two have even more encounters and connections there, also Vos isn't a factor because he is in love with Khaleen Hentz

Awesome video dude. I have a couple of what if topics. What if Count Dooku never left the jedi? What if most of the jedi survive order 66? What if Galen Marek was the same age as Anakin?
I have a crazy what if idea! What if Palpatine never became Chancellor? It could go a hundred different ways, like Queen Amidala not not calling for a vote of no confidence in Chancellor Velorum, or if Senator Bale Organa or any number of other Senators became Chancellor there are really so many possibilities, but basically if Palpatine had never become Chancellor his plans would have been ruined. I don't know when in relation to becoming Chancellor he killed Plagueis, but if he had not become Chancellor would he have still acted to kill Plagueis? There really are so many ways this could go and I think you could have some real fun with this idea.
Actually I know when he killed Plagueis it’s immediately right after the vote of no confidence within Palpatine on that night because it’s stated inside the Novel of Darth Plagueis the wise.

My favorite part may have been the sith just going nuts in the first temple attack, it was absolutely beautiful to imagine maul just being let loose on a confused Jedi temple while they’re being attacked from all sides! I definitely feel like this whole what if was fresh, plagueis is just so different from palpatine in methodology. Dude said “screw the chosen one, I’ll take my dog any day”

I gave the video a like for the effort you put into it, but I don't agree with the path the story took. I have not done a ton of research, but it is my understanding the Palpatine came from a political family so he was more interested in political power where as Plagueis was focused on the raw power of the dark side of the force, so I don't think he would have had the charisma to sway the senators as he did in the story you presented. Had Plagueis killed Palpatine when Palpatine tried to kill him I can believe that the Jedi would have been blamed as an investigation would have revealed the type of weapon used, a lightsaber, and only the Jedi used such a weapon and the Sith were believed extinct, so I think Plagueis would had continued accumulating power from the shadows as he had been, but would have used the Jedi being blamed for the death of Palpatine to make a move toward eliminating the Jedi, I just don't think he would have done so using political means, that was Palpatine's method, again I don't have an extensive knowledge of Star Wars lore, so I could be way off, but I just don't think things would have gone the way you presented them.
What if Han and Chewie die fighting imps in the corridors of the SD1 and force Luke and Leia +droids to fly the Falcon in a new hope? Meaning they have no contacts on Bespin, and nobody to find Luke in the snow on Hoth.

1. I'm a sith and will always choose sith over jedi.
2. As a jedi it would be qui gon jinn but as a sith master, either darth revan or darth malgus.
3. Shaak ti was pretty powerful and I like her species.
4. Attachments are forbidden for jedi so you cant have a wife as one, if you have a wife as a sith then that wife is your weakness so not worth having a wife as a dark sider

@@savagedarksider5934 no it didn't stop them but look what having a wife did to them, made anakin turn to the dark side in his bid to save her and he choked her coz of it... if I remember correctly on luke having a wife, it nearly turned him to the dark side aswel... having a wife as either a jedi or a sith is more of a weakness than it ever will be as a strength... love does crazy things to people, it only makes force sensitive people all the more dangerous for it

@@savagedarksider5934 easier said than done, anything can tip you over the edge, remember what yoda said... train yourself to let go of everything you fear to lose... having an attachment to a wife is something no one can really let go of easily, that attachment like he said all too easily leads to fear of loss and then hate and so on and so on etc. The only way to have a healthy relationship is to not get too attached in the first place

Maul could only kill padawans and knighs at that time, not jedi masters, senate at that time was not in complete control of the sith, they would remember all the good things jedi did in 1000 years, how they helped and bring hope to the galaxy and the Republic, so they would not side with the sith that quicly like they did with Palpatine. Only real denger is Pleagaus who was powerfull, but he is one against many, if he could do that all alone he would never need Palpatine to take controle of the Senate.

Sorry but I'm not feeling this one. The point of the clone war was to form distrust of and kill large numbers of Jedi. Without that the Jedi are still strong enough and popular enough thst the Senate wouldn't fall for a clumsy frame up like that. At best it would get a couple of Jedi as the killer. Not a republic wide turning and disbanding of the order.
Also openly announcing himself as Sith would sat off anyone with even a basic understanding of galactic history. The Sith had been widely known b4 as enemies of the Republic. It wouldn't generate widespread trust
This was a good story, I liked it, though I liked Luke and Vader even more. Plagueis is a good character, but I have more investment in the Sith ruling as Father and Son.
Just a suggestion for the Obi-wan fell in love with Ventress video use the EU timeline for it, the two have even more encounters and connections there, also Vos isn't a factor because he is in love with Khaleen Hentz
