The extreme fog blotting out everything within the facility grounds (not to mention the *literal wind noises*) imply there's at least some wind, yet the rain just... falls. probably because it's so crushingly fast and the clouds are so low that the wind doesn't really get the chance to affect any of it. it'd be cool though if at the end of every cycle there was more variation to it!
Reminds me of how the blizzard in Saint has fluctuating angles, glad to see the rain gets the same treatment! Also it makes the rain seem more powerful for some reason.
wow it's disorienting to see that crushing rain shader without the added screen shake and rumbling sounds... It might be neat if, in rooms with dynamic/fluctuating wind, the rain angle changed in sync with the wind for that added bit of immersion
