    ahh the Old predicament of: "Where am I gonna put it, when it gets Big?" Same thoughts I had on the Whale Tail Sansevieria ! I want one.... but...

      The struggle is Real...lol... That Whale fin is such a slow grower... I bet you could make space in your collection for one. :)

    With my Amorphophallus plants l let them dye back to no leafs before repotting them on to a new bigger sized pot.

    I've found they produce larger petioles in big jumps. A few at one size and then bam, the next one is 5 times larger. The two petioles mine has at the moment have been there for about a year now and are looking pretty tatty. If you really want to push the growth rate, put it on a heat mat. The roots on yours look nice and healthy 👍

    I didn't know you had a titan. That's great. Oh I love the square green pot. Would love to have some of those. These guys don't have a predictable dormancy period like the others which makes them hard. They can wake up in the middle of a cold winter which sucks. They are very prone to rot from over watering. I have to be careful with mine. I've lost some in the past. Still learning how much they like. Mine prefer it more dry so I water less.

      I hate when plants don't like to be too dry... but also rot easily...lol... I can't win...lol

      @@PlantzNThings I do too. Makes it so hard. It's like you don't want them to die of thirst but they get dry and then it you look at them wrong with a drink they die. Nooooo.

      Sean Sephaloid, you should post a video of yours. There aren't enough videos of these plants.

    How is your titanium doing now? I just got mine recently and I’m growing it indoors as a houseplant until it reaches my ceiling and than I’ll buy a greenhouse for it or give it away 😆

      Waiting is the hardest part. keep the soil damp and warm... it'll come :) How big is your corm?

    How long do these take to flower? As ive got a voodoo lily

      @PlantzNThings  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      For the titan it can take like 7-15 years... but the smaller varieties can become mature in just a few years if good care. You might not get a bloom each year on the same corm perhaps every other or every 3rd year

    Awesome man did you get that as a small plant or did you do it from seed?

    • @PlantzNThings
      @PlantzNThings  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      A small plant... not much smaller than it is now. I hope this summer we will see a jump in leaf size.

    Give it to mee..i have been trying 8 years now to get one and no luck at all..waay to expensive to be able to afford..i always lost auctions because i just cannot outbid green houses or other plant institutions that CAN afford it. Really thats who u are bidding against..most likely....waited this long so whats another year or so ❤❤❤😁😁😂 green houses and or arboretum...will not personally appreciate nor allow real local comunity to witness such a cool deal..i would use it to such..sharing and causing acknowledgment to my area..community every time it would bloom🙃😃😃😃😃
